Service Description

During the second part of the portrait program we draw exclusively from life. Plenty time to practice with the knowledge we have gained during the previous portrait course. In addition to the drawing classes, two sculpting classes are scheduled in which we will work on a self-portrait in clay. this exercise increases our understanding of the spatial characteristics of the face, to work in planes and employ tonal values to correctly translate what we see. Knowledge that proves to be beneficial for our drawing skills. Also, we developed a digital environment where you can find all the information we share and homework assignments for each week. For whom: This course is created for those who completed the course 'Portrait drawing 1'. If you are a highly experienced drawer who would like to join, get in touch with Ilse to discuss the possibilities. (The course will proceed when a minimum of 9 students have registered. Should this number not be reached, we will refund the course fee.)
